About this office:
The firm was established in 1991 and offers a full range of legal services. We are well known in the banking, telecommunications, second citizenship and offshore financial services fields.
Our staff consists of two lawyers and seven administrative and secretarial personnel.
Our principal clients include Cable and Wireless Dominica Ltd., the Dominica Agricultural Industrial and Development Bank, the Dominica Port Authority, CIBC, Citibank, Caterpillar, various Credit Unions and offshore companies, and other investors.
Member of Dominica Bar Association and ITPA.
The Firm successfully represented a client in the largest award in a construction litigation in Dominica. We have also obtained the largest personal injury award in Dominica to date.
We also represented clients in two of the largest commercial merger in Dominica namely the Cable & Wireless takeover and the Barclays Bank/First Caribbean International Bank takeover.
