Alison Graab focuses on energy regulatory and compliance matters involving the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). She represents clients in investigations before FERC, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and other agencies, conducts internal investigations and reviews, and counsels clients on compliance issues, including U.S. sanctions laws.
Prior to joining Sutherland, Alison served as a legal intern in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Office of Administrative Litigation. She also participated in Sutherland's Summer Associate Program.
Alison is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and District of Columbia Bar.
