Alison is an associate in the Private Client Section practicing in the Boston office.
Her practice comprises estate planning and administration, trust administration, and charitable planning, among others. In addition, Alison has experience preparing estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns. Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Alison worked as an associate in a boutique estate planning firm in Boston.
Alison was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2007 and is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, the Trusts and Estates Section of the Boston Bar Association, and the Trusts & Estates Consortium. Alison is also a founding member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston Friends Council.
Alison earned her J.D. at Suffolk University Law School (summa cum laude), where she received numerous awards including Best Brief, Jurisprudence Awards for Criminal Law and Contract Law, and the Amy E. Wells Family Law Award. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island (summa cum laude).
