Some recent matters have involved bank mergers, chartering and licensing of a non-depository trust company, regulation of affiliate transactions, bank capitalization, remote deposit capture, positive pay, electronic and online banking, and electronic notifications and disclosures. Alistair has also advised clients on the topics of privacy and data security regulation, including data security policies and procedures, breach notification, and liability for fraudulent electronic transactions.
