Mr. Goodridge's practice includes mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; licensing and distribution; banking and loan agreements; publishing and art law; and wills and estates. He represents both international and domestic companies in business investments, acquisitions, mergers, corporate recapitalization, partnership agreements and loans. He also represents a number of our clients in connection with transfers of New York City cooperative and condominium apartments.
