Allen Platt concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, business law, and real estate. He is a member of the Firm's Real Estate & Lending Service Team.
Representative Matters
· Advises and assists Your Community Bank in various corporate matters, including leasing, contract preparation and risk analysis.
· Handles various litigation matters in Indiana for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. arising from mortgages and related claims.
· Assisted the legal department at Norton Hospitals, Inc. in the preparation and negotiation of leases of various medical facility locations.
· Represented Regions Bank in total taking condemnation matter from initial contact by state through resolution of and purchase of property.
