Allen F. Campbell

Allen has had many presentations and defense of claims before juries in both commercial and personal injury cases in federal and state forums. Over the course of his career he has developed and managed effective case strategies, has numerous decisions as Trial Attorney or as the attorney responsible to shape issues for appeal, and over 83 reported decisions.

Interest in the application of modern management and communication techniques to achieve desired results in litigation led to an M.B.A. from Tulane University, Freeman School of Business. Allen had earlier received his J.D. from the University of Houston, Bates College of Law, where he was an Editor of the Houston Law Review, and a B.S. from Texas A&M University, where he was commissioned in the U.S. Navy Reserve and received a U.S. Coast Guard License as Third Mate. Allen has had varied experience in the maritime industry, and as an attorney he has earned the highest rating of his peers—an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has lectured before the Louisiana State Bar Association, business trade groups and local bar associations, and was also recognized for excellence in Offshore Litigation Law by New Orleans Magazine.
