Allison Bell is a partner in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Ms. Bell handles merger and acquisition transactions for a wide variety of organizations. Some of her recent transactions include representing a health care provider in the formation of home health joint ventures; representing a large health care foundation in a variety of acquisitions, including the acquisition of three hospitals from Tenet Healthcare Corporation; representing the world's largest offshore supply vessel company in a variety of acquisitions and dispositions; and representing a publicly traded Singapore venture capital group in connection with the acquisition of gas transmission assets in the state of Hawaii.
