Allison is an Associate in the Boston office practicing in the Private Client Section.
Her practice consists of estate planning and administration, trust administration, business succession planning, and tax planning. Prior to joining Mintz Levin as an Associate, Allison worked at Mintz Levin as a probate clerk where she gained experience drafting various estate planning documents, administering estates and trusts, and preparing tax returns.
Allison has volunteered with the Elder Law Project through the Women's Bar Foundation, and with the Trusts and Estates Section of the Boston Bar Association. She is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and the Trusts and Estates Consortium.
Allison is a graduate from the University of New Hampshire and New England School of Law, where she served as an editor for the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement and authored and published "The Need to Know: Why Multiple State Drug Possession Offenses Should Not Automatically Amount to an Aggravated Felony," in 2010.
