The firm has rendered legal consulting services to local and foreign clients since 1987. Since 2003, we have maintained a close working relationship with Lotti Araujo, Sociedade de Advogados, a law firm based in Sao Paulo Brazil and Rio de Janeiro. Together with this other law firm, we share clients regarding transactional matters in Mercosur. As a result of this alliance, our clients receive coordinated attention from a team of more than 70 professionals specializing in various areas of commercial law. This allows us to offer all clients the same service, with identical standards of quality and professionalism, and the same attention in our offices in Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. In addition, and under the same scheme, our firm has wide ranging links with law firms in Chile, Peru, Asuncion, Uruguay, Columbia, Mexico, USA, and Europe, with expansion to other countries in the region planned. We are members of the Spanish, USA and Argentina-Brasil Chambers of Commerce. Since 2006 we developed an area of foreign interns coming from different Universities of the USA and England, making all types of research, translations, publication of articles, relations with Chambers and others.
