Alt & Associates is a full service law firm dedicated to serving clients in California and across the United States. The firm specializes in the representation of financial institutions involved in both commercial and residential mortgage lending. With over 25 years of experience, we provide services relegated to regulatory compliance, operations and transactional matters, state licensing and litigation.

Transactional matters include the preparation and/or negotiation of warehouse agreements, correspondent agreements and other contracts needed by mortgage lenders.

State licensing and approval issues are handled by our licensing department in such a manner as to make the state licensing process as much of a "turn key" operation as possible. We obtain lending licenses, arrange for agents for service of process, obtain the authority to do business, secure the bonds, etc. Our goal is for the client to simply provide us the information and sign the completed documents.
