Amanda Barry is a member the firm's Litigation Section, focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation, including allegations of antitrust violations, patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair trade practices, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, and other business torts. In addition, Ms. Barry counsels clients on compliance issues ranging from regulatory compliance to negotiated resolution of compliance issues with government enforcement agencies. She is also an active member of the firm's Appellate Practice Group.
Ms. Barry is currently representing a print industry manufacturer in a complex federal action involving federal and state antitrust claims, patent-related claims, and allegations of fraud, trade secret misappropriation, and computer crimes.
Ms. Barry has also been involved in numerous pro bono cases, representing veterans in summary process actions.
