Amanda Butler is an associate in our New Orleans office. Her experience handling transactional matters ranges from real estate acquisitions, mineral acquisitions and finance, maritime finance, and municipal finance. Amanda's public finance experience includes all types of municipal bond transactions, including the issuance of tax-exempt Special Assessment Bonds by community development districts to finance the acquisition of capital infrastructure projects. Additionally, Amanda has experience representing credit enhancers including letter of credit issuers and bond insurers. Amanda also focuses on sports and entertainment law.
