She focuses her practice on representation of counties, municipalities, townships, school districts, port authorities and other public authorities as bond counsel and in general counsel capacities. She also practices in the areas of economic development and regional cooperation with extensive experience in economic development incentives, cooperative developmental structures and public/private partnerships. She also maintains a state-wide public finance practice and has represented public bodies across the state including counties, cities, villages, school districts, libraries, townships, port authorities, transit authorities, and other public bodies, as well as the State of Ohio. Amanda's experience spans all aspects of public finance law, including federal tax law and federal and state securities laws in connection with general obligation financings, revenue obligations, special obligations and complex structures involving a myriad of securities sources and structures. |
