Amanda, a member of the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation industry team, devotes a significant portion of her practice representing entities in both commercial airline and business aviation law and other industry-related business and legal matters. She also assists a variety of local, national and international clients in connection with their general commercial obligations and needs, including complex commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Amanda advises clients in beginning new business ventures, including drafting of complex shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements and operating agreements. She also develops form agreements for local and national clients to use in the day-to-day operation of their businesses. Amanda has served as special counsel in providing lex situs opinions for foreign lenders in connection with United States deliveries of new aircraft. She also represents multiple business aviation clients (high-net worth individuals, flight departments, charter operators, fixed base operators and major maintenance facilities) in connection with aircraft acquisitions, financings, leasing, management, charter leasing and maintenance, repair, modifications, and completions.
