Amanda Caldwell is Of Counsel in the New Jersey office. Her practice involves the representation of employers in all types of employment and labor disputes.
She has defended clients against suits filed in both state and federal court for a variety of claims including but not limited to those based on gender and age discrimination, harassment, Family and Medical Leave Act, the Conscientious Employee Protection Act and contract disputes.
She also assists and advises clients in pre-litigation matters in addition to providing training on diversity. Amanda joined the firm in 2005 after practicing with a New Jersey based law firm representing clients in commercial disputes, products liability and premises liability.
After completing her first year in law school, she attended the International Institute of International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland where she studied international law.
Amanda is the author of Causes, Consequences, and International Impact of the War in the Former Yugoslavia, published in theRutgers Journal of Law and Religionin the spring of 2002. She is proficient in Spanish.
