Amanda K. Davis

Ms. Davis’ experience includes participating in commercial litigation, advising clients in their compliance with SEC regulations for financial managers, and negotiating tax dispute settlements with the IRS on behalf of low income clients. She also assisted in negotiations between a local municipality and a large retail company for provision of utilities at a retail location. She has drafted agreements for the construction of alternative energy plants, and drafted petitions for the sale of the assets of not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Davis also represents several businesses and individuals contesting determinations by the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.
