Amy is an Associate in the Bankruptcy practice group of Greenberg Traurig's Miami office.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Amy represented Blockbuster Inc. and its domestic affiliates in the preparation of their Chapter 11 filing and subsequent 363 asset sale to Dish Network. Other noteworthy representations include preparation of first day motions for the Chapter 11 filing of Texas Ranger Baseball Partners, and the subsequent auction and sale to Rangers Baseball Express; representation of Trump Entertainment Resorts in securing confirmation of a plan of reorganization against a competing plan of reorganization.
Amy also has experience in bankruptcy litigation, has worked on bankruptcy fraud cases and has represented a committee of equity security holders in a Chapter 11 case.
