Amber B. Woodland is a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware. She is also accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to prepare, present and prosecute claims for veterans before the VA.

Amber is a graduate of Seaford Senior High School (2004), Seaford, Delaware; Flagler College (Bachelor of Arts Degree, Psychology, Cum Laude, 2007), Saint Augustine, Florida; and Regent University School of Law (J.D., 2010), Virginia Beach, Virginia. Amber also studied Spanish in 2006 at Intercultura Language School and Cultural Center in Heredia, Costa Rica.

Amber began working at Procino Wells, LLC in the summer of 2006. She continued to work part-time for the firm throughout law school and joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2010. On January 1, 2014, she became a partner and the firm is now known as Procino-Wells & Woodland, LLC.

Amber's practice is focused in elder law including asset protection planning for long term care (Medicaid and VA), wills, trusts, estates, powers of attorney, health care directives and guardianships. She also practices real estate law including residential and commercial purchase and refinance transactions.

Amber is the current treasurer of Soroptimist International of Seaford, DE, Inc.'s related foundation, the Curiosity Service Foundation, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Southern Delaware Estate Planning Council. She is also a member of ElderCounsel; the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; the National Care Planning Council; the Elder Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association; and the Nanticoke Rotary Club.

In law school, Amber served as the Chairperson for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. She also received recognition in an article titled "Healing Healthcare Through Tax Reform," Regent Journal of Law & Public Policy, Volume 2, Number 1, Spring 2010, 63, for her editing and research assistance. In addition, Amber served as a legal intern for a law office in Newport News, Virginia, where she primarily concentrated in the areas of estate and tax planning.
