| Biography | Amy Simmons is an associate in our Litigation Group in Toronto. She maintains a general litigation practice. Ms. Simmons received her BA (Hons.) in Political Studies from Queen's University in 2006 and her JD from the University of Western Ontario in 2009. While at law school, Ms. Simmons was awarded the C.D. Stewart Trophy for her participation in the Lerner's LLP Cup. Ms. Simmons is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates' Society. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2010.
