Amy is Chair of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group, and is the Privacy Team Chair. She practices in the areas of U.S. and international trademark, copyright, advertising and internet law. She also concentrates on licensing, privacy and computer and technology agreements. In these areas, Amy counsels clients, assists in obtaining and maintaining registrations with the relevant trademark and copyright offices, negotiates agreements, and litigates before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and before federal and state courts.
