Practice Area And Professional Expertise · Ms. Friedmann focuses her practice on estate planning and estate and trust administration. · Designs comprehensive estate plans, tailoring each plan to meet a client's tax and non-tax goals, including charitable giving, special needs planning, and the integration of income tax-deferred retirement benefits into the estate plan. · In addition to the administration of trusts and estates, Ms. Friedmann is experienced with probate matters such as guardianships, name change actions, and declaratory judgment actions to reform or terminate irrevocable trusts. · Ms. Friedmann has been selected for inclusion in Ohio's Super Lawyers® - Rising Stars™ (2012), as voted by her peers. · Ms. Friedmann joined Buckingham as a Summer Associate in 2005, and returned to the firm as an Associate after completing law school in 2006. · As a law student, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Deborah L.
