Amy is an associate in the Casualty Department, devoting her practice to a variety of litigation matters including premises liability, automobile liability, and commercial transportation. Amy has provided extensive litigation and trial assistance for cases in Philadelphia, its surrounding counties, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She has also drafted successful motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss on behalf of her clients.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Amy served as a law clerk in Pittsburgh to the Honorable Max Baer, Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. During her clerkship, Amy was responsible for drafting judicial opinions, reviewing petitions for allowance of appeal, and preparing bench memoranda prior to oral argument.
Amy attended Villanova University on a merit-based scholarship and earned her undergraduate degree in 2006, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of the Villanova Honors Program. She graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2011. During law school, she was Topics Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
