Amy is a Shareholder in GrayRobinson's Tallahassee office and focuses her practice on assisting companies and individuals in their dealings with Florida agencies. Amy's prior employment with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Department of Management Services gives her a unique understanding of Florida's agencies and their dispute resolution processes. She also has extensive experience litigating review of agency decisions, including representation at formal administrative hearings and appeal of final agency actions through Florida's appellate courts. Many of her cases involve challenges to the validity of agency rules or proposed rules and review or defense of agency procurement decisions.
Some of Amy's clients include: national laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, restaurants, gasoline and convenience store owners and operators, commercial property owners and developers, the Association of Early Learning Coalitions, retailers, financial services providers, and health care facilities and providers.
Background
Amy is a native of Tallahassee and a 2001 graduate of the Florida State University College of Law where she served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review. Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Amy worked at a law firm in Washington, D.C. representing a bankruptcy trustee administering dissolved telecommunications entities.
