Ana C. Montalban focuses her practice on public finance, including structuring, issuing, placing, and remarketing of taxable and tax-exempt obligations. She assists clients on a range of financings, including new construction and rehabilitation of housing projects, and development of energy projects. Ana has experience as bond, borrower's, purchaser's and underwriter's counsel for municipal utilities, school districts, private issuers, investment banking firms, universities, hospitals and private investors.
