Ana D. Petrovic practices in the area of litigation. Ms. Petrovic has represented financial services companies, insurers, broker-dealers, manufacturers, aviation companies and corporate officers in a variety of complex commercial disputes and FINRA arbitrations. Ms. Petrovic has particular experience in seeking or defending against claims for emergency injunctive relief to facilitate clients' abilities to protect their business needs in a fair competitive environment. Specifically, she has handled disputes over trade secrets and restrictive covenants, including non-compete, confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements. Ms. Petrovic devotes considerable time to pro bono matters and civic activities. Most recently, she prepared a Petition for Executive Clemency on behalf of a client on a pro bono basis. She serves on the American Cancer Society's Associate Board of Ambassadors. Ms. Petrovic is actively involved with the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member. Ms. Petrovic is a 2008 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law, where she served as Notes Editor of the Elder Law Journal and received the Rickert Award for Public Service, and a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and received the Riddle Prize and Lincoln Academy Student Laureate Award.
