Anastasia Flouris is an associate in our Business Law Group in Montreal. Her practice focuses on banking and corporate finance.
Ms. Flouris received her civil law degree (LL.L.) summa cum laude from the University of Ottawa in 2006. She also received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia University in 2002.
Ms. Flouris co-authored the following articles:
· "Rebutting the Presumption, Prior Agreements and Section 95 of the BIA", Annual Review of Insolvency Law (2008).
· "L'aveuglement volontaire d'un administrateur est incompatible avec son devoir de diligence sous l'article 322 C.c.Q.", Développements récents en litige commercial, vol. 277, Service de la formation continue du Barreau du Québec 2007.
Ms. Flouris was called to the Quebec Bar in 2007. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Young Bar Association of Montreal.
