| Biography | Anastasia was born in Honeoye Falls, a rural town outside of Rochester, New York and has been in Sarasota since 2004. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Maxwell School of Citizenship) and her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse College of Law. Anastasia Stefanou has 13-years experience in real property law and her practice involves all aspects of commercial industrial, shopping center, hospitality and residential transactions, including retail and office leases, financing, real estate development, entitlements and land use. Prior to joining Kirk-Pinkerton in 2011, she was in-house counsel with two of the largest real estate shopping center development companies in the Country - Casto Lifestyle Properties, L.P. and Benderson Development Company, LLC.
