· Representing Dundee Precious Metals in various significant public offerings
· Representing Dacha Strategic Metals in a $22 million private placement
· Representing Crocodile Gold in a $29 million bought deal
· Representing Crocodile Gold in its RTO $136 million business combination with Franc-Or Resources
