Andrea E. Zelman's primary area of expertise is in land use and environmental law, including zoning matters, developments of regional impact, comprehensive land use plans, development agreements, annexations, transportation issues, CERCLA, RCRA, Brownfield redevelopment, environmental litigation and representation before local, state and federal agencies. Representative Experience · Previously served as Assistant Regional Counsel at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency - Region IV, and as Assistant City Attorney for the city of Tampa.
