Andrea represents clients in a wide variety of business litigation matters. She concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance defense, bad faith and vexatious refusal claims, products liability actions in which she represents manufacturers and suppliers of commercial equipment, medical malpractice defense, and corporate disputes, involving stock buy backs and rights of redemption, misappropriation of trade secrets, and tortious interference claims.
