If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude. Maya Angelou
After several years of litigation practice in her native Lafayette, Louisiana, Andrea L. Albert joined the firm's New Orleans office. Andrea's practice focuses on defense litigation, from trial through appeal, and includes the areas of transportation and trucking (including cargo claims), insurance coverage, property damage, premises liability, contractual liability, and personal injury.
While attending Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Andrea was chosen to serve on the Moot Court Board and as a Moot Court teaching assistant, which focused on drafting appellate briefs and oral argument, and also served on the board for Phi Delta Phi Honor Fraternity. Upon graduation, Andrea served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marc T. Amy, Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeal, which furthered her interest and experience in appellate practice.
