ANDREAS NEOCLEOUS & CO LLC was founded in 1965. It is an international law firm based in Limassol, Cyprus, with offices in Nicosia and Paphos. It also has offices in Moscow, Brussels, Budapest, Kiev and Prague and an extensive network of corresponding and associated offices in other countries with permanent representation arrangements in London, New York, Paris, Rotterdam, Zurich and Athens.

In 2000 the firm published its Introduction to Cyprus Law (2000), a unique comprehensive guide to Cypriot law and the legal history of the island. Work is now in hand on a second edition.
