Andrée-Anne Labbé is an associate in our Litigation Group in Montréal. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining McCarthy Tétrault, Ms. Labbé worked in civil and commercial litigation for a large national law firm.
Ms. Labbé received her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Université Laval in 2007, where she appeared on the Dean's Honour Roll. She has been recognized for her leadership qualities by being honoured with the McCarthy Tétrault Leadership Award as well as the AED-BLG Scholarship awarded to a student with academic excellence coupled with a strong sense of involvement.
Ms. Labbé also participated in the Pierre-Basile Mignault Moot Court competition (civil law) where she and her partner won the Coupe de l'Association des professeurs de droit du Québec for the best brief as well as a personal prize for her pleading skills.
Ms. Labbé was called to the Québec Bar in 2008 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Young Bar Association of Montréal.
