| Biography | Mr. Colberg joined the Legislation Division of the Justice Department of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, where he analyzed bills of law for the Secretary of Justice and wrote the opinions of the Secretary for our Legislature. Later, Mr. Colberg joined Lespier & Muñoz Noya Law Offices as an associate, where he litigated for several years in various fields of law, specifically labor and employment law litigation, as well as torts law and corporate law. His practice in labor and employment law litigation involved both the private and public sectors, since he represented several government agencies, as well as private corporations in diverse issues like wrongful termination claims, discrimination, sexual harassment, as well as wages and salaries suits. |
