Andy is an associate in the Real Estate Section, practicing in the Boston office. He serves as outside real estate counsel to CVS in its real estate acquisition, leasing and development program in over 20 states.
Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Andy was an associate at a Boston law firm where he represented national and regional businesses in the property management and the restaurant industries in sophisticated commercial and residential real estate transactions involving leasing, property management, acquisitions, dispositions, and permitting which included a multi-million-dollar acquisition of several restaurants on behalf of a national restaurant chain.
Andy currently serves as General Counsel for and a member of the Board of Directors for West Roxbury Main Streets, and maintains an active level in local and state politics by serving as an advisor on various campaigns and serving as Treasurer for a Boston City Councilor. He also co-founded an associate political fundraising group and forum at Mintz Levin.
Andy is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Minnesota and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from George Washington University (1998). He received his J.D., from the University of Connecticut School of Law (2001), where he received the Big Y Scholarship for Outstanding Law Student.
