Background
Andrew Anderson is an associate in the Securities and Capital Markets Group at the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG). Andrew was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2011 and graduated from Osgoode Hall in 2010. In addition, Andrew completed a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Toronto.
Prior to joining BLG in 2011, Andrew spent a year working at a private equity firm performing due diligence on corporate finance transactions. He also worked at a major bank in the business banking group where he was a commercial lending advisor.
Andrew is fluent in French and English.
