· Lehman Brothers Holding Inc., as counsel to numerous domestic and international corporate, financial, governmental and quasi-governmental counterparties to derivatives contracts and interest rate swap agreements with Lehman entities regarding termination rights, claims and obligations.
· London Fog as counsel to purchaser of intellectual property from debtor in bankruptcy.
· Representation of bank lender to professional services firms in connection with their dissolution and bankruptcy.
· Representation of bank lenders in negotiated and auction sales of real estate pursuant to consenual, confirmed Chapter 11 plans.
· PRC, LLC as counsel to creditors' committee in reorganization case of call center, customer service, marketing and business to business service provider.
· Calpine Corporation as court appointed mediator in successful resolution of $100 million dispute between energy producer/distributor and wholesale energy purchaser/reseller.
· Acterna as counsel to creditors' committee in successful reorganization of communications testing equipment manufacturer.
· Special Metals Corporation as counsel to creditors' committee in successful reorganization of largest nickel manufacturer.
· Sure-Fit as counsel to senior secured lender in manufacturer/distributor's Chapter 11 case.
· Enron as counsel to creditors, obligors, and defendants in multi-billion dollar Chapter 11 cases of major energy supplier.
· Adelphia Communications as counsel to institutional pre-petition lender in multi-billion dollar Chapter 11 cases of cable system.
