Andrew W. Cheng is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he is a member of the Global Finance Practice Group. Since joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Cheng has focused primarily on representing borrowers, lenders and private equity sponsors in leveraged finance transactions, including syndicated credit agreements and Rule 144A high-yield offerings.

ˇ Representation of Ducommun Incorporated in the syndicated credit facility and 144A notes incurred to finance its acquisition of LaBarge Inc.
ˇ Representation of CityCenter Holdings, LLC in its recent offering of $500.0 million first lien 144A notes and $600.0 million second lien 144A notes
ˇ Representation of Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. in the refinancing of its credit facility and the exchange of its mezzanine notes
ˇ Representation of Aurora Capital Group in the whole business securitization established to finance its acquisition of NuCO2 Inc.
ˇ Representation of Aurora Capital Group in the first and second lien credit facilities incurred to finance its acquisition of Mitchell International, Inc.
Prior to joining Gibson, Dunn, Mr. Cheng practiced as a corporate associate with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City. Mr. Cheng received his law degree from Harvard Law School in 2000. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude with distinction in 1997 from Amherst College.
