Andrew E. Seaberg is an associate in the firm's nationally ranked Investment Management Practice Group. His practice primarily involves counseling organizations in the investment management industry, including investment companies and investment advisers. Drew has participated in fund formation and reorganization, prepared registration statements and handled various securities filings for both open-end and closed-end funds.
In General. Drew earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2009, where he received Dean's List Honors in each semester, distinguished class participation and was an articles editor for the Temple Law Review. He received his B.A., cum laude, with a major in government and a minor in sociology from Hamilton College in 2001, where he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha and acquired departmental honors in government.
