Andrew (Andy) Barragry is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
During law school, Mr. Barragry was a summer associate with Foley. He also served as a law clerk to Craig Kasten of Wonderbox Technologies and worked as an IP consultant (via Foley) for GE Healthcare.
Mr. Barragry earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2009), where he served as UW Moot Court Competition Chair and coach of the John Marshall Moot Court Competition Team. He was also note and comment editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. He obtained his undergraduate degree in chemistry and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.S., cum laude, 2006).
Mr. Barragry co-authored an article titled "Court Rejects RIAA's, Popular 'Making Available' Argument," which was published in the World Media Law Report (July 2008).
Mr. Barragry is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and before the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Wisconsin and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
