Andrew Burton is a member of the firm's national Corporate/Commercial/M&A and Project Finance, Infrastructure and PPP Practice Groups. Before joining Davis LLP, he practised as a corporate lawyer for a leading law firm in London, England. His experience includes infrastructure projects and Canadian PPP transactions, business acquisitions and disposals, corporate finance transactions, joint ventures and drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
Andrew is a law graduate of Cambridge University and completed a Master of Laws degree at the University of British Columbia. Andrew is qualified to practice law in Ontario, British Columbia and England & Wales.
