Areas of Practice
Andy Morrow focuses his practice on business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, financing and ongoing representation of corporations and limited liability companies. He has particular experience in the representation of owners and operators of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and senior housing. Andy also represents financial institutions, and was actively involved in the drafting and revising of the Oregon Business Corporation Act and the Oregon Bank Act and is frequently consulted by other lawyers on Oregon corporate and banking law issues. He regularly testifies before committees of the Oregon Legislature on business law legislation.

Andy is a speaker on the Oregon Business Corporation Act and Oregon banking law as well as other legal topics.
