Andy practices in the Litigation Management Group with a focus on general liability matters on the behalf of a Fortune 100 pharmacy chain in the defense of pharmacy malpractice and premises liability claims and serves to coordinate the defense of these claims on a regional and national basis.
Andy's practice also includes representing numerous clients in the defense of toxic tort product liability claims in Rhode Island and Massachusetts with an extensive variety of products including pipecovering, boilers, pumps, valves, grinding wheels, and friction products, as well as claims for premises liability.
•Andy has successfully defended a national pharmacy chain against claims of pharmacy malpractice and premises liability in MA, RI and NY;
•He has successfully represented numerous clients in the defense of toxic tort product liability claims relating to many types of products including pipecovering, boilers, pumps, valves, grinding wheels, and friction products, as well as claims for premises liability;
•He has successfully defended a power company against numerous claims of premises liability, electrical contact, vehicular accidents, property boundary disputes, and fire casualty cases;
•He has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts involving creditor's claims in receivership actions, personal injury actions, business contractual disputes, insurance fraud, and environmental cleanup.

Prior to joining the Litigation Management Group, Andy was a partner at the national law firm Holland & Knight in Providence, Rhode Island.
