Area of Practice
Andrew Stevenson focuses his practice on business immigration law. His immigration practice includes experience in business immigration, E-2 investor visas, waivers, admissibility issues, analyses of criminal convictions in relation to U.S. immigration laws, consular processing, removal defense, complex family immigration, naturalization and citizenship, and special immigrant juvenile cases. Andrew has also earned certification as a specialist in immigration and nationality law from the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
