| Biography | Mr. Kovar primarily practices real estate law, municipal bond financing and general business and commercial law. He assists clients in retail, residential and commercial real estate purchases, sales, and development; represents lenders and borrowers in financing arrangements; and represents landlords and tenants in lease transactions. He is also involved in both taxable and tax-exempt bond issues by municipal entities. In addition, Mr. Kovar handles all aspects of many other business law issues such as contract negotiation and drafting, banking law and commercial sales/leasing.
