Andrew R. Pusar is an associate in the Financial Services Group, where he focuses his practice on investment management and other transactional work. He advises banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and asset managers on the structuring and trading of derivatives and complex structured financial products, including the issuances of equity-, index-, currency- and commodity-linked OTC derivatives and warrants. Andrew has assisted clients with the setup and ongoing operation of retail and institutional structured note programs. He also regularly represents hedge funds, funds of funds, private equity funds and high net worth investors. Additionally, he has experience negotiating domestic and cross-border hedge fund and mutual fund finance transactions.
Andrew received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College, and his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Stone Scholar. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
