Andrew R. Pusar is an associate in the Financial Services Department where he focuses his practice on investment management and other transactional work. He advises banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and asset managers on the structuring and trading of derivatives and complex structured financial products, including the issuances of equity-, index-, currency- and commodity-linked notes and warrants. Andrew has assisted clients with the setup and ongoing operation of retail and institutional structured note programs. Andrew also regularly represents hedge funds, funds of funds, private equity funds, pension plans, endowments and high net worth investors.
Andrew received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College, and his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Stone Scholar. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
