Andrew Rogerson

About this office:

Andrew was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1981 by Middle Temple, from whom he was a scholarship recipient. Subsequently, he served as a pupil in the insolvency Chambers of Michael Crystal Q.C. in Gray's Inn. His early practice developed from insolvency to encompass trusts, wills, insurance law and estate planning with an international focus. Since qualification, Andrew has practiced in South Africa, Australia, the Turks and Caicos Islands, Jersey (Channel Islands), Ontario, Alberta and as a barrister in London, England. His experience is evenly divided between advisory and drafting work and litigation, with many appearances as counsel in appellate courts. Andrew has spent most of the last 11 years in offshore financial centers establishing asset protection structures and litigating trust issues.

Andrew practices business law and estate planning from office in Toronto and Barrie.
