Mr. Dornbos' primary areas of practice are insurance coverage and bad faith, litigation andinsurance law.
Representative Experience
· Provide assistance such as attending depositions, summary proceedings and Status conferences; writing memoranda on legal issues relating to insurance law; drafting requests for production of documents, interrogatories, deposition summaries and letters to claims representatives; and assist with drafting motions for summary judgments, etc.
