Andy Naylor is a partner at Waller Lansden and head of the firm's Labor and Employment Group. He represents employers in labor and employment litigation and also handles commercial and business disputes throughout the country and in dozens of industries. He represents employers in all types of judicial, administrative, and arbitral forums and has years of experience advising clients on matters involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, workforce reductions, family medical leave and other employment regulatory matters.
A significant portion of Mr. Naylor's practice involves FLSA and state wage and hour counseling and litigation, including collective and class actions. He has recently been retained as an expert witness on wage and hour and employment law matters for a London Arbitration with over $80 million at issue. Mr. Naylor leads the firm's Wage & Hour Practice Group.
His practice also emphasizes noncompete matters and he drafts, negotiates, and litigates post-employment covenant matters throughout the country. Mr. Naylor regularly writes, speaks, and trains employers, trade groups, and members of the bar on various employment law and litigation issues.
